good morning yoga


I found this picture (& then this blog) through Pinterest the other day.  I love this sequence.  I need some form of exercise in my life (other than my nightly walks).  I haven't done much of anything due to pregnancy and then post-baby complications.  Today was day 1 of yoga, I feel really good, and I hope to make this into a routine during baby's nap!
