an evening in the stacks

Tonight, I was lucky to be a part of a big fundraiser in my town.  The local library sold $30 tickets for a dinner inside their building.  They had hors d'oeuvres, wine, a light meal, dessert, raffles, and music.  And, they allowed me and five other vendors to sell at our own tables while the guests mingled and wandered the library.  This was my first time selling homemade fudge at an event, and it was a success!

Jars of hot fudge, along with samples.

Samples of pumpkin fudge and chocolate fudge.  Plus a giveaway!

  The new products.

I had a really good time tonight!  I hope that the library was able to bring in some good money.  And now, I feel like this fudge business could really go somewhere!
