This summery Glade candle in “Cotton Candy” smells delicious. It sells for $2.98 at Walmart. They also have a really good lemonade scent I might have to go back for!
I just discovered these Skinnygirl Sparklers! I have cut out all pop in recent years, but I often look for something with fizz. I used to read labels in the pop aisle, trying to find something low calorie that doesn’t have aspartame in it—and that was impossible! These Sparklers are sweetened with Splenda, and I’m really impressed with how good they taste. I found them at Walmart for $1.00 each. In addition to Pink Grapefruit, there’s also Pineapple Coconut, Tangerine Mango, and Strawberry Lemonade. Yum!
I’m a huge fan of paper straws! (Isn’t everyone?) :) Every time I get a chance to go to a Target, I end up with some in my cart. However, I haven’t been able to find them in my town until last night! Walmart now sells them in several colors in their party aisle. I was hoping they would be cheaper, but they’re still about 10 cents a straw. ($2.47 for a pack of 24.)
Switching subjects, here’s a recap of the outfits I’ve worn this month. I’m continually inspired by pins I see on Pinterest. This summer I feel like there are so many maxi dresses on Pinterest, such as this cute pink one:
Dress: eShakti (I did a blog post about it last fall when I was pregnant.)
Earrings: Nickel & Suede
Another pin I found incorporates bright green with floral. And although I don’t have any gingham in my closet, I attempted to recreate the idea.
Shirt: American Eagle
Shorts: a.n.a. at JCPenney
Shoes: Crocs A-Leigh Mini Wedge
I have my eye on a romper like this one for a future outfit idea:
(White romper from Riffraff)
Do you own a romper? Are they comfortable? Would you recommend one?
