About Me

I'm Rachel.
I married Stephen ten(!) years ago, a month after we graduated from college. He is encouraging, brilliant, and fun, and he makes me want to be the best version of myself. I've proudly watched him get a Master's and a PhD in English literature, and he now he's a college professor.

God has blessed us with three amazing boys. Nolan is eight, Ephraim is almost six, and August is almost three. They keep us busy, and we love them to pieces. This past spring, we were so happy to meet our baby GIRL, Junia!

We are always trying our hands at something new: gardening, remodeling old houses, homeschooling, baking, etc. This blog is an amalgamation of those interests.

  12. Just reading your about me even though I've visited your blog several times before! I also have lost my own sibling so I completely relate to wanting to do everything they weren't able to. I am not close to my in-laws but it's so great that you were able to gain some brothers with your marriage!
