This recipe (found from The Vanilla Tulip) is a real winner. The chocolate is rich, the peanut butter is perfectly salty and sweet, and there’s a slight crunchy texture from graham cracker crumbs, Our family fell in love with this easy treat…
Ingredients:
1 sleeve of graham crackers (9 full sheets), crushed
1 pound powdered sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 sticks butter
12 ounces chocolate chips
4 Tablespoons butter (half stick)
Directions:
Mix together the crushed graham crackers and powdered sugar.
Melt the peanut butter and 2 sticks of butter, then stir them into your graham mixture.
Press the mixture into a 9x13 pan.
Melt the chocolate chips and 4 Tablespoons of butter in the microwave, using short time increments so you don’t burn the chocolate. Spread over the graham cracker mixture (it’s a little difficult because the chocolate is thick).
Refrigerate until the bars harden. Then cut into squares and eat! Store in the fridge.
You’re welcome ;)
