June is my very favorite month, and I can't believe it's here already!
The next 27 days will fly, so I'm being mindful that I need to enjoy all
the 70 degree weather and lime green landscapes.
Ephraim's personality is exploding! These were the faces I got from him when I pulled the camera out.
We've had so much fun these past few days--grilling out with friends, playing at the park, a fun graduation party, and a baby "sprinkle"!
On Monday, I was feeling spontaneous, so the boys and I took off for an adventure. We spent a couple hours round-trip in the car and visited the best grocery store on the planet, Wegmans! To say the boys loved the fancy car cart is an understatement! They shouted "beep beep" through the whole store. They also adored the train that runs along the ceiling in the back of the store. Nolan was super bummed when I told him we couldn't take the cart to Target with us.
After picking up a few things at Target, we grabbed dinner at Chick-Fil-A. We walked in and Nolan said, "Chick-Fil-A is so beautiful!" Later he told me, "This is the greatest dinner ever!" When the manager stopped by our table, I relayed those quotes, and he told N to call him when he turns 14. ;)
Ephraim is pretty crazy about the waffle fries! He also "moos" at all of the cow photos. ;)
Sad to be done adventuring!
We didn't get home until bedtime, but it was Ivy's birthday, so we let the boys stay up a little later. Nolan gets so excited for birthdays, so I made a little cake for the occasion.
Can't believe our firstborn is 6! She's a good girl, and we love having her in our family.
Hope your week is going well!
How fun!! Sometimes you have to be brave and go on an adventure! My 5 year old would say the same things about chick-fil-a, she loves it there!! Happy Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, the pictures are so cute! And I totally agree with Nolan that Chick-Fil-A is the "greatest dinner ever". ;)
