Taking Stock

Making: We're making ornaments this morning! Check back in tomorrow for the tutorial!
Cooking: Not cooking . . . but I just prepared oatmeal for the boys and granola cereal for Steve and me.
Drinking: Hazelnut coffee with a splash of milk.
Reading: I have a stack of books that I just cannot get to! The next in line is Glennon Melton's, "Carry on Warrior."
Wanting: A bag of Cadbury Christmas milk chocolate balls. I think CVS may be the only place they're sold in town?
Looking: I'm checking in on my most favorite blogs this morning, and seeing what friends are up to today.
Playing: Amy Grant. I play her Christmas album once a day in December :) Also, we love this song by Bethel Music.
Wasting: Time waiting for the computer to speed up. I need to get the massive amount of photos off of here and free up some space.
Wishing: For a dusting of snow on Christmas Eve. And before that, it can remain sunny and in the 40s. ;)
Enjoying: The coziness of our living room decorated for the season, and all of the twinkling lights.
Waiting: For more Christmas cards to arrive on our front porch.
Liking: That my boys really enjoy the 9:00am episode of Daniel Tiger. It gives me a few minutes to get ready for my day.
Wondering: How the episode of White Collar (that we started last night and will finish tonight) will end. That Neal!
Loving: My two little guys. They amaze me every day.
Hoping: For plenty of new ideas and inspiration for the blog.
Marveling: That Ephraim knows all of his colors as of this week!
Needing: A quick trip to Walmart for a few favorite foods.
Smelling: My new fresh pine wreaths.
Wearing: Plaid pajama pants and a light sweatshirt.
Noticing: Goodness all around me this holiday season.
Knowing: God is in control of everything that feels out of my hands.
Thinking: What chores need done this morning?
Bookmarking: Christmas crafts and recipes that friends are posting on Facebook.
Feeling: Excited about the next few weeks of Christmas prep as we thrive on the fun traditions, and ultimately focus on the One who came as a baby to save us.

And if you blog, link up with Astleigh and me tomorrow for our DIY Ornaments post!
