spinach parmesan sliders
These little burgers are PACKED with flavor! I like the idea of mixing cheese and spinach in the patty, eliminating the danger of falling out toppings. The men in my life are crazy for these burgers, and I think they may become a weekly summer staple! :)

1 pound ground beef
1 packet onion soup mix
1/2 box chopped frozen spinach, thawed (squeeze water out)
3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
12 slider buns or rolls cut in half
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, onion soup mix, spinach, and parmesan cheese with your hands.

Form twelve small patties—I figure they are about two ounces each. Then throw on the grill until they’re well done (or however you like your burgers).

I made mine on my George Foreman. You would not believe how delicious these are!
