what i wore wednesday

This week we’re at camp in New York, enjoying some time with family out in the sun. I know you probably can’t tell because of the heaps of concealer I put under my eyes, but I am super sick in these pictures. After Steve snapped them, Ephraim and I bee-lined for the nurse’s cabin to beg our friend Lisa for some kind of medicine to tame a horrible cold virus. After some vitamin C, ibuprofen, and a good chat, I started to feel better (for the first time since Saturday). I’m hoping to be on the up and up now so that we can have some really fun days ahead. :)

This is definitely one of my favorite summer outfits! It’s a little more grown up than the Soffe shorts and t shirts I ran around in at camp when I was in college. I also tried for a red, white, and blue theme—being that it was a U.S. soccer game day and 4th of July week.

Gray tee: Merona Vintage V-Neck at Target
Cami: Gilligan & O’Malley Nursing Tank at Target
Shorts: a.n.a. at JCPenney
Sandals: Yuu
Earrings: Nickel & Suede
Scarf: Bon Ton

I didn’t plan this, but I realize that Ephraim’s blue shorts matched mine!
